Your New Role
Join a small team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed, customer queries are answered, and you are the first point of contact for contractors.
1. Receive & process orders
2. Liaise with customers to achieve operational excellence and full customer satisfaction
3. Resolve customer issues related to deliveries & product supply
4. Update customers & hauliers on order/delivery status
5. Proactively contact customers to inquire about order requirements
6. Handle customer queries effectively
7. Perform basic reporting
8. Assist with reception duties as needed
What You Need to Succeed
Customer service or sales administration experience, preferably with a background in manufacturing, construction, or engineering. Please note this role is office-based and requires the successful candidate to be on-call.
Shift Pattern
Week 1 & 2: 9am-5pm
Week 3: 7am-3pm
Week 4: On call until 9pm, including Saturday and Sunday
