As a Fleet Service Advisor, youll provide first-class customer service and manage vehicle-related enquiries from start to finish. Youll handle breakdowns, defects, and compliance events, ensuring each case is resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all fleet-related enquiries. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online requests promptly and professionally. Manage emergency breakdowns, general defects, and compliance events. Liaise with suppliers and workshops to arrange repairs and maintenance. Keep customers informed throughout each case and maintain accurate records. Work closely with your team of Fleet Service Advisors to meet departmental goals. Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Fleet Service Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, or in a customer service role. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel. A flexible and professional approach to work. Ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure. Willingness to work alternate shifts or occasional weekends when required.
