We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join a high profile commercial development in the North West, working on high quality office fit out packages.
This role is ideal for a QS who enjoys being hands on, commercially driven and involved from early cost planning through to final accounts.
The Role:
Cost planning, budgeting and reporting for office fit-out works
Subcontract procurement and commercial management
Valuations, variations and final accounts
Supporting project teams to deliver on time and on budget
What We’re Looking For:
Proven QS experience within office fit-out / commercial interiors
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Confident managing subcontractors and cost control
