Job Title: Inbound Sourcer
Location - Manchester
Contract Duration: 6 Months
This role is responsible for screening all direct applicants and acting as the first point of contact for passive candidates in the recruitment process for roles with a high volume of applicants. The Inbound Sourcer will facilitate a world-class candidate experience by conducting a key part of the recruitment process and is an expert on inbound trends and channels to talent, educating your hiring community (Recruiters and Hiring Managers) on key challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the role, priorities and needs of the team and create an inbound sourcing strategy to attract the right talent.
2. Work closely with Recruiters and other Sourcers to build and leverage pipelines, for short to long term hiring needs.
3. Serve as the inbound experts of the team, reporting on trends and proposing solutions to identified issues.
4. Learn the profiles within the respective business function, to help with matching candidates with the appropriate opportunities.
5. Post and maintain jobs through internal and external career sites and job boards.
