Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join our client’s well-regarded Personal Injury team. You will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, providing high-quality legal advice and support to clients who have suffered injury through no fault of their own. The caseload will include a mix of RTA, employer liability, and public liability matters, with opportunities to expand into more complex cases as your experience grows.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own files from instruction to conclusion, including litigation where appropriate.
* Work directly with clients, medical experts, and insurers, delivering a compassionate, professional, and proactive service.
* Handle personal injury matters independently and strive for the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
You should be confident in handling personal injury matters independently, have strong communication and negotiation skills, and be motivated by achieving the best outcomes for your clients. A solid understanding of the CPR and litigation process is essential.
