HireGiant is currently looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to work with our client based Near JCT 15A M1, Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, full-time LGV1 work with the potential to become a permanent position!
The Role:
As a LGV Class 1 Driver, you will be:
* Making B2B goods deliveries
* Work is simple delivery work, 2/4 drops per day.
* Ensuring delivery is recovered and paperwork is in order
* Completing HGV vehicle checks
* Adhering to WTD and EU Tacho rules and regulations while driving the HGV truck
* Working Monday to Friday (optional weekend shifts available)
* Starting around 06:00am daily - shifts between 8-12 hours
Requirements:
* Category C+E licence entitlement
* A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
* Safety boots and Hi-Vis vest
Pay Rates (PAYE):
£18.75 per hour (Monday to Friday)
Temp to perm opportunity with a pay rise when permanent
