Job Title: Joiner
Location: Beswick
Pay Rate: £24 per hour
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30/5:00pm
Duration: 2-3 weeks (starting 18th May)
About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a site in the M11 area. The role involves working at ground floor level, carrying out removal and reinstatement works, as well as balcony replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remove existing timber cladding and PIR insulation
* Install new insulation
* Reinstall timber cladding
* Replace balconies with aluminium systems
* Work safely and efficiently on a live construction site
* Follow all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* Own tools
* Full PPE
* Previous experience in similar joinery roles
