* Own the marketing communications plan, aligned to product launches, seasonal drops, promotions, the wider equestrian calendar, and equestrian customer mindset, encompassing complete through the funnel activity
* Work closely with the eCommerce team to ensure the communications plan delivers for the DTC eCommerce channel and is built collaboratively
* Collaborate more widely to ensure alignment of the marketing communications plan with key stakeholders such as Design, buying and Merchandising
* Brief and manage the process for the creation of engaging, high performance, on-brand content, working collaboratively with the internal creative team and external agencies
* Deliver customer (B2C) and Trade (B2B) emails from concept through approval, working closely with our in-house design team and CRM Lead
* Manage social media strategy and planning across key platforms – Instagram and Facebook – including posts and activity aligned to the marketing communications plan and reporting
* Stay up to date with, and be reactive to industry and broader trends at pace, whilst utilising this insight to inform plans and activities
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

* Strong Equestrian knowledge, including an understanding and appreciation for the industry landscape: competitive brands & equestrian events
* Highly organised, with an ability to forward plan whilst working in a flexible manner to suit the needs of a fast-paced, high-growth business
* Up to date with and reactive to trends, with a demonstrable awareness of current market & social trends
* Able to effectively communicate to and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders, and display a collaborative approach to creative workflow
* Able to communicate a clear campaign vision at all levels of the business and externally to both B2C and B2B customers
* Brilliant interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and to manage a complex and varied workload
