The Role: As Employee Relations Manager, you will play a vital role in driving a positive ER culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and leaders across the business, while leading a team of ER Consultants and overseeing high-risk, complex casework. Working closely with the wider HR and People teams, you'll bring consistency, clarity and confidence to all things ER.
