Position overview: The Back End Team Leader will lead the operator's team to provide high-quality cans with the lowest spoilage at required production efficiencies and provide cans in a safe, low, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable, highly efficient manner both from the Tooling and Machinery. Key responsibilities include: Leading team briefs and communicating daily and monthly KPIs to the teams Providing regular reports to shift manager Supporting teams in solving problems with the close cooperation of the engineering team and front end team leader Control usage of parts/tools and maintenance spend to budget Provide innovative sustainable, cost-saving plans Develop maintenance and overhaul procedures for back end equipment Work with maintenance software/schedules Understand and support the printing process, inside spray and necker process To plan and manage back end and downgauging projects with the engineering team To manage improvement projects in the back end Support and Implement SMED activities for improved efficiency What are we looking for?
