We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Lettings Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental inquiries, supporting clients throughout the leasing process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales ability, and strong organisational skills.
If you are a detail oriented person who can manage all administration for leases, compliance and tenancy applications as well as great people skills, as you will be conducting viewings and check ins/outs and representing our Landlords in a professional and friendly manner then we would love to hear from you.
Experience in residential lettings or property sales is preferred but not essential if you feel you have the skills and attributes required and have a passion for the property industry then please apply.
The Lettings Agent will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer support and client satisfaction, for the right applicant full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service.
* Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
* Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets.
* Manage client data entry accurately within our CRM and property management systems.
* Support the leasing process from application to signing lease agreements.
* Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up with prospective tenants and landlords.
* Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and transactions.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
* Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills at all times.
* Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation (Right to Rent, Gas Safety, EICR, GDPR, etc.).
Requirements
* Proven experience in a residential lettings or property sales role (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* ARLA Propertymark qualification (desirable but not essential – training can be provided).
* Full clean driving licence.
