A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the BS3 area of Bristol is seeking a motivated Graduate Teacher to join their team after the October half term.
This full-time position is perfect for newly qualified or early career teachers who want to gain valuable experience and build confidence in the classroom. The school offers a supportive environment where you can continue developing your teaching practice and prepare for future long-term or permanent opportunities.
The Role:
* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons
* Work with groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning and raise attainment
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a calm, inclusive classroom environment
* Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and general teaching duties
* Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development
* Follow safeguarding procedures and uphold school policies
Who This Role Would Suit:
* Graduates who have recently completed their PGCE or Initial Teacher Training
* Aspiring or early career teachers seeking classroom experience before securing an ECT post
* Individuals with strong subject knowledge and a passion for supporting children’s learning
