Job Title: Factory Worker Temp to Perm Location: Liverpool Pay: £12.21 per hour overtime & bonuses Shifts: Monday to Thursday: 10-hour shifts 06:0016:00 12:0022:00 09:0019:00 Friday & Saturday: Overtime paid at time and a half Sunday: Double pay Additional Benefits: Night shift allowance: £35 per month Attendance bonus: £25 per month Temp-to-perm opportunity The Role: We are recruiting reliable and physically strong Factory Workers for a busy manufacturing environment. This role is 95% production work and 5% forklift operation. You will be operating machinery, supporting production processes, and maintaining high health and safety standards. Physical Requirements: This is a very physically demanding role and involves regular lifting of up to 15kg materials into hoppers (material feed bins) and production machinery throughout the shift. Requirements / Skills: FLT Counterbalance license or in-house forklift experience Experience operating machinery or working in a production environment Physically fit and able to carry out manual work Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Applicants should be seeking long-term work, with the potential opportunity for permanent employment subject to performance and business requirements.
