We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client for a Cleaning Operations Manager in the North East area. this role will be overseeing clients in the North East and Scotland area, there will be a few just outside of this remit but will not require visits as frequent, The role itself will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, you will have access to a work mobile for emergencies out of these hours so you will need to be contactable, You will also a receive a 14% car allowance on top of your annual salary, this role will involve working from home and also being on the road visiting sites. The role will include, Conducting site visits, ensuring all compliance and procedures are adhered to, Supporting and implementing new policies and procedures Creating reports Being involved in recruitment and training Co-ordinate and assist in any emergencies and reviewing and processing incident reports Support in mobilizing new sites, You will need Strong people management skills High level of computer literacy Excellent customer service skills Cleaning knowledge, familiar with COSHH and BICS training standards A Full UK Driving License Sound like the perfect role for you?
