Few&Far is working with a Series B EdTech company, they are a fast-growing technology platform transforming how schools hire teachers and teaching assistants across the UK and US.
Schools use our platform to book staff for:
* Short-term cover (e.g. daily absences)
* Longer-term placements (e.g. maternity cover)
By combining technology with a marketplace model, we enable schools to hire more efficiently while improving outcomes for educators and students. Compared to traditional agencies, we operate on lower margins but significantly higher volume, driven by automation and a superior user experience.
The Role

In your first 6–12 months, you might:
* Redefine our customer segmentation and go-to-market strategy during a period of industry change
* Test and scale new acquisition channels
* Double the size of the outbound function and build a world-class SDR team
* Develop and roll out sales playbooks for new products targeting multi-academy trusts
Traits That Drive Success
* You’re a systems thinker who brings clarity to ambiguity
* You think big and long-term, not just incremental improvements
* You’re highly structured and process-driven, building repeatable playbooks for success
* You can align teams, not just ideas
* You simplify complex problems into clear, actionable strategies
* You anticipate change and proactively outmanoeuvre competitors
* You’re motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the education system
