The Role: As a key part of the team, your responsibilities will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, including T&Cs, service agreements, licensing, IT/SaaS, distribution and supply agreements Advising entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses on business structure, funding, IP and shareholder matters Supporting charitable organisations with governance, compliance and transactional advice Assisting SMEs and privately owned businesses on risk management and day-to-day commercial operations Advising international clients on cross-border agreements and UK regulatory compliance Contributing to business development and nurturing long-term client relationships ✅ About You: We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with: 3 years' PQE in commercial law (from a regional, national, or City firm) Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-first mindset An interest in developing your practice and contributing to team growth Experience with start-ups, SMEs, or charities is a strong advantage ⭐ What’s on Offer?
