Your new roleYou'll assist in the design and delivery of healthcare projects across multiple RIBA stages, with an initial focus on technical work for acute healthcare refurbishment schemes. The role offers broad exposure-design development, stakeholder coordination, technical documentation, and support during construction.Key Responsibilities* Support the delivery of healthcare projects from concept to completion* Assist with feasibility studies, design packages, and technical documentation* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders* Contribute to project management, organisation, and quality assurance
About you* RIBA Part II qualified* Strong design and technical skills, with good attention to detail* Proficient in Revit, with experience working in BIM environments* Confident communicator, high level of attention to detail, organised, and collaborative* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within a specialist healthcare team* Prior exposure to healthcare or comparable projects
