WHAT IS INVOLVED? A vacancy has arisen within Business Services for a full-time Administration Assistant. This is a temporary position to cover a period of maternity leave. The vacancy is for 9 months, or until the return of the substantive post holder. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team who support our Highway Services, duties include: Creating project files for site Raising invoices and resolving invoice queries Administering timesheets for the operational workforce Input project costs into the system Providing general administrative support to the Highway Services team. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy, be well-organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your initiative.
