Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Customer Service Administrator to work for a company in Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Role: Sales Order Administrator


Salary: £28,000 per annum


Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire


Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday


Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:



1. Processing orders received from customers via email

2. Processing orders received from customers via amazon portal

3. Assist in the effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services department and Rest of organisation (particularly sales department)

4. Maintaining mechanisms for surveying and measuring customer satisfaction and disseminate

5. Feedback to the appropriate internal entities

6. Using the crm system to manage the functions of receiving, assessing, analysing, resolving and Documenting customers’ issues and complaints in accordance with agreed requirements

7. Generate daily metrics report and send it to the ceo and finance manager

8. Assist with issuing credit note requests and follow the process of getting these approved (by sales Director, finance manager and ceo)

9. Achieve agreed personal targets and assist to achieve cs team targets

10. Ensure compliance to relevant codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety

11. Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work

12. Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its customers to Line manager

13. Contribute towards the smooth running of the team

14. Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures

15. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

16. Interact and respond to queries and complaints from end users (amazon, ebay, shopify customers)



About you:



17. Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook

18. Excellent written and verbal communication in English

19. Good understanding of administration and the office environment generally

20. An understanding of compliance issues and how a cs team works

21. High integrity and honesty in all dealings

22. Good analytical, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

23. Basic project management skills

24. Ability to work under pressure

25. Strong time-management skills

26. Ability to work independently and as part of the team
