What you’ll do
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefits elections.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for senior management
* Provide support in addressing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
* Handle sensitive or confidential payroll matters with discretion and integrity
* Compile and analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision‑making and financial planning
About you
* At least 2 years payroll experience
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Advanced Excel skills
