Recruitment & Payroll Assistant (Part-Time)

Hours: Part-time, Flexible Hours

Due to increased growth, we’re expanding our friendly team and looking for someone to help keep our recruitment and payroll operations running like clockwork.
This is a varied role supporting our consultants with the smooth running of candidate registrations, payroll processing, and general administration. You’ll be a key part of our close-knit team, ensuring both clients and candidates get the reliable service we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with candidate onboarding, registration, and compliance checks
* Accurately process weekly payroll for our temporary workers
* Maintain and update records in our CRM system
* Answer candidate queries on pay, timesheets, and general admin matters
* Liaise with clients and candidates to keep processes running smoothly
* Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc admin and project tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in payroll or recruitment administration
* Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems
* Friendly, approachable, and a true team player
* Reliable, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed
