About The Role
Balfour Beatty is a leading international infrastructure group, delivering some of the UK's most complex and high-profile major projects across transport, energy and the built environment.
Sizewell C is committed to setting a new standard for leadership in the nuclear sector and in major UK infrastructure.
The mission is to build for future generations—providing home‑grown energy, greater price stability, and abundant low‑carbon power. Aiming to lead the way in creating long-lasting social value, showing how effective collaboration can benefit communities locally, regionally and across the country.
Through Sizewell C, we will provide secure, clean energy, strengthen the UK economy, and deliver meaningful societal benefits for decades to come.
The project will create a 3.2‑gigawatt power station producing low‑carbon electricity for at least 60 years. It will sit alongside Sizewell B, which has been operating since 1995 and has already prevented more than 76 million tonnes of carbon emissions.
