Key Responsibilities
1. Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
2. Providing clear, expert advice and guidance to clients at every stage of the conveyancing process
3. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting searches, and handling the financial aspects of transactions
4. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
5. Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements
6. Contributing to the growth of the practice by developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
About You
7. Proven experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
8. Strong understanding of property law, contract law, and conveyancing procedures
9. Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines
10. Excellent communication, organisational, and client-care skills
11. A proactive, self-motivated approach with the confidence to market services and generate new work
12. A relevant qualification in law or conveyancing is desirable but not essential
