Document Controller
A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to be based in Southampton on a £170M scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy contractor with plenty of large schemes in and around the region.
About the role of Document Controller
As the Document Controller you will be responsible for supporting the site team and Design Team and client. Traditionally working across high spec large scale commercial schemes up to £300M.
Responsibilities for Document Controller
Continuous maintenance and monitoring of files in line with business and industry standards
Validation, checking and curating of all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Configuration and preparation of work flows, sample submissions and other reportable data
Requirements for Document Controller
Previous experience using relevant systems including Dalux & Viewpoint
Comprehensive Understanding of industry standards including ISO 19650
Background working on similar value schemes
