Job Responsibilities
1. Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with our customers, educating them on our products, and building rapport and lasting relationships.
4. Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and adhering to policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
7. Performing duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO policies.
Qualifications and Skills
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
