We are recruiting for a Stock Office Clerk to join our team at the Holmwood facility near Chesterfield.
Hourly Rate: £ per hour, plus a weekly shift allowance of £, paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate stock administration tasks, including data entry and stock allocations.
* Maintain and update the site’s booking diary.
* Manage POD (Proof of Delivery) sign-offs and liaise with drivers.
* Handle all aspects of stock control and carry out stock investigations.
* Scan, file, and manage documentation in line with site procedures.
* Respond to telephone queries professionally and promptly.
* Provide flexible support through various administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills.
* Experience with stock inventory systems.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills for investigation and problem-solving.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
