Job Title: Lettings Branch Manager Location: Shirley Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience) On Target Earnings: £45,000 Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Lettings Branch Manager who wishes to forge a career within a highly successful Estate Agent in Shirley. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with a clear career progression path and the chance to make a significant impact in the property market. As Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the performance of the branch. Your leadership will drive the success of the team, ensuring revenue maximisation, growth in market share, and the development of exceptional client relationships. You will inspire your team to consistently exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer service. ​​​​​ Key responsibilities: Increase market share: Drive market dominance in the area by securing the largest market share Maximise revenue: Lead the branch in revenue growth by increasing the property register and securing new instructions Client relationships: Build and nurture long-term client relationships that result in repeat business and strong recommendations Team leadership: Motivate and inspire your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and daily meetings to drive performance Achieve profit & targets: Ensure branch profit maximisation, meeting financial targets, and holding the team accountable for performance goals Lead generation: Foster a culture of proactive lead generation and ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries What we’re looking for: Proven experience in lettings, with a strong background in market appraisals and securing new business A target-driven mindset and a track record of success in achieving and surpassing goals Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and coach a team A customer-focused approach, with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service and organisation Full UK driving licence and car, insured for business use The legal right to work in the UK What we offer: Structured career development: Clear and continuous opportunities for career progression, with a focus on personal and professional growth Reward & recognition: Uncapped commission with bonus incentives, plus regular recognition for outstanding achievements Training & development: Comprehensive training programme and ongoing support to enhance your skills and expertise Team perks: Annual award trips, fun social events, and a paid day off for your birthday Working days: Monday-Friday plus every other Saturday with day off in lieu.
