We are recruiting for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to join an established organization undergoing digital transformation
This is a hands‑on delivery role, embedded within cross‑functional product teams, working closely with Engineering and Product to drive real delivery outcomes – not just process.
You’ll play a key role in improving how teams deliver, focusing on flow, predictability, and continuous improvement across a fast‑paced digital environment.
This is a hybrid role with travel to the Hereford office 2–3 times a week.
The Role
As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will act as a servant leader and delivery owner, enabling teams to deliver value efficiently while improving ways of working.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving delivery outcomes across product squads, ensuring work is delivered predictably and at pace
* Supporting the flow of work by identifying and removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining momentum
* Coaching teams on Agile principles using a pragmatic, “right‑fit” approach
* Working closely with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure a well‑prioritised backlog and clear delivery goals
* Using delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, sprint data) to improve performance and predictability
* Providing clear, data‑driven updates on delivery progress, risks, and forecasts
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between technology and the wider business
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance within teams
What We’re Looking For
* Recent experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Delivery Lead within a product‑led or digital environment
* Strong experience working day‑to‑day with engineering teams and Product Owners
* Proven ability to drive delivery outcomes, not just facilitate ceremonies
* Experience improving delivery flow and team performance using metrics (e.g. cycle time, velocity, throughput)
* Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with changing priorities and dependencies
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
