IT Systems Manager Case Management We are looking for someone with strong experience of Case Management Software to take the lead on maintaining and developing the firms systems in line with business expectations across a number of offices in Kent. You will need to have a strong understanding of Case Management systems covering design principles, system security as well as understanding cloud technologies and various frameworks, all ideally within a legal environment but this is not essential. Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience of Case Management Software, ideally within a legal environment. Be able to work with external suppliers, follow technical directions in resolving issues. Experience of project management, delivering on time and to budget. Experience working within a support environment, using tickets systems to raise and track issues. User training, experience of ensuring users are making best use of the systems and training new starters.
