Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Contract: 6-month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent Your new role As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and collecting debts from company debtors Setting up the terms of credit for new clients Negotiating payment plans Managing the collection of all payments and debts Responding to client enquiries Processing invoices Ensuring timely payments of debts Following up on overdue invoices and payments Producing monthly credit control reports What you'll need to succeed To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Proficiency in Oracle and Opera systems Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control within the hospitality industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities What you'll get in return We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication.
