I am currently recruiting for Reed’s internal property function.
Our Director of Property is looking to add a member to his growing property function based out of its Raynes Park, London office. We are seeking a talented Commercial Surveyor with experience in commercial property management or surveying to join the team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone currently working towards their APC / MRICS, with outstanding professional support and exposure to leading industry consultancies.
The Role:
* Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio – approx. 60 offices
* Liaising with tenants, landlords and managing agents
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs, compliance and health & safety matters
* Assisting with service charge budgets and reconciliations
* Supporting inspections, lease events and asset management initiatives
* Working closely with senior stakeholders and external property consultants
About You:
* Background in commercial property management or property surveying
* Good working knowledge of leases, service charges and statutory compliance
* Actively working towards APC / MRICS, or with clear intent to do so
* Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
