At Zeta Water, we are looking for an Account Manager to support and develop long-standing client relationships within our water hygiene services, where expert guidance and compliance leadership are critical. This is a newly created role, designed as part of Zeta’s long-term succession planning, and is ideal for someone with strong water hygiene experience who enjoys structured account management and close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Working directly alongside the Commercial Manager, you will help manage key client accounts, support contract performance and compliance, and ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality service. While the role offers exposure to wider Complii Group services, water hygiene remains the core focus. This position is predominantly home or office based, with occasional on-site client visits.
What you receive for joining us
We offer a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience, along with a company car or car allowance, private medical insurance, and 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service). This is a newly created, high-visibility Account Manager role, offering direct exposure to senior commercial leadership and close collaboration with the Commercial Manager as part of a structured succession plan. You will also benefit from opportunities to work with clients across multiple compliance disciplines through the Complii Group, ongoing training and development, clear long-term progression, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
