Consulting Graduate Programme - Southampton - September 2026. This is a full-time role with a start date of 15 September 2026. We are a growing consulting practice within RSM, offering opportunities to work with real clients from day one and develop a broad skillset across governance, risk, financial decision-making, and transformation services.

You’ll Need
* A predicted or achieved honours degree
* A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications
* OR 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)
Please note: We don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQs.
Programme details
* Start date: 15 September 2026
* Start dates are mandatory due to internal and professional training requirements
Teams
You’ll begin in one of two core teams:
* Risk Assurance - Help clients manage uncertainty with governance, risk assessment, and clear insight that supports growth.
* Finance Function Support (FFS) - Help clients improve financial decisions through reporting, analysis, and process improvements.
As you grow, you may experience other parts of RSM Consulting including business transformation, forensics, restructuring and deal services.

* The closing date for applications is 31 October 2025
* VACs (assessment centres) in November and December 2025
* Final stages in December 2025 and January 2026
We will inform you of the outcome at each stage after all applications and assessments have been reviewed. We will not consider more than one application per recruitment cycle.
