As a Workshop Administrator, you are the vital link between customers and our workshop, ensuring their vehicle visits run smoothly and efficiently.
Life as a Workshop Administrator with Northgate Vehicle Hire
Our workshops are busy and fast-paced. You will be the key to keeping the workshop running smoothly, delivering excellent customer care with a confident, friendly approach.
Your role involves booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team, updating customers, and managing approvals for work. You will need good planning, customer service skills, and a logical, proactive attitude. Experience in the motor trade or car dealerships is beneficial. Our induction training will support your success.
You must have a FULL UK MANUAL Driving Licence.
