What You’ll Earn
* Training Pay:
* Weeks 1–3: £400/week
* Weeks 4–11: £500/week
* After Training (Price Work):
* £30 per completed job
* 4 jobs/day: £600/week (£28k+ per year)
* 5 jobs/day: £750/week (£36k+ per year)
* 6 jobs/day: £900/week (£43k+ per year)
Your Role
* Install and maintain fibre broadband in homes and businesses
* Climb telegraph poles (up to 15 metres – full training provided)
* Use specialist tools and work outdoors in all weather
* Deliver high-quality service to customers

Who This Is For
* You have a full UK manual driving licence (held 12+ months, max 6 penalty points)
* You’re reliable, hands-on, and motivated to earn
* Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

* Previous experience in construction, trades, or telecoms is helpful but not required
