Job Summary

* To work directly with children and young people between the ages of 8 and 18 years to ensure their fullest possible engagement with Anyiso
* Planning and facilitating activities and events
* Identifying and developing new service opportunities
* Work collaboratively with our existing children and youth group, while creating new activities and managing the coordination of current ones.
* Maintain a high standard of record keeping
* Work with other partner agencies to develop and promote activities
* Represent Anyiso within the local area
* Plan, programme and deliver activities and projects relevant to the children and young people's needs
* Work in line with existing policies and procedures, while developing new ones where necessary.
* Any other duty as required by Anyiso management team.

General duties:

The organisation reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post-holder at any time according to the needs of the project. All employees are expected to be professional in the discharge of their responsibilities and particularly:

* Manage a personal workplan and prepare progress reports directed by the line Manager.
* Regularly update operational systems in relation to all relevant work activity.
* Prepare regular information updates for publication on website and through ebulletin.
* As a team member, collaborate and work together on tasks/projects as demand dictates.
* Contribute fully to the smooth running and professional operation of Anyiso.
* Compliance with all organisational policies, and all legal obligations, relating to duties.
* Maintain a best value culture and support the organisation's vision and values.
* An ambassador for Anyiso, promoting its vision and values.

Job Type: Part-time
