* Salary: £14.00 p/h - £14.50 (depending on experience and qualification) + £70 per sleep
* Contract: Full time
* 2 week rolling rota
* Working Hours Week 1: 2 shifts - 8am-11pm + sleep (23:00 – 07:00) + 7am-11pm + sleep
* Working Hours Week 2: 3 shifts - 8am-11pm + sleep (23:00 – 07:00) + 7am-11pm + sleep + 1 more 7/8am-11pm + sleep either connected or separate from the other two shifts.
Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker – Nottinghamshire NG22
The client is a small, family-owned residential care provider based in Nottinghamshire, operating nine children’s homes. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the client offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children aged 5–17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).
We are currently seeking a Senior Support Worker to join dedicated team at an established home where 4 children reside. We’re looking for an individual who can act as a therapeutic parent—providing high levels of care, support, and stability to help children achieve outstanding outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience
Senior Support Worker:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in residential childcare.
* Level 3 QCF in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards.
* Experience with EBD and trauma-informed approaches (PACE/DDP desirable).
* Strong communication and literacy skills.
Training & Development
* Full training provided, including QCF Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications.
* Career progression opportunities to Deputy Manager/Manager roles.
* 1:1 supervision and group sessions with the home’s therapist.
