Top Accountabilities Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting, listening and exceeding client expectations. Demonstrate deep knowledge across spirits, beer, wine and non-alcoholic categories, including brand heritage and storytelling. Expertly deliver tastings, masterclasses and experiential moments to bring brands to life. Drive commercial performance through effective cross-selling and up-selling. Build, maintain and utilise CRM/client books to drive repeat visits and customer dedication. Support achievement of individual and store sales targets. Maintain strong operational standards including POS accuracy and stock management. Support visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Maintain outstanding personal presentation according to luxury expectations. Qualifications & Experience Required Proven experience in retail, hospitality, luxury or customer-facing sales roles. Strong commercial mindset with a collaborative team approach. Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for luxury drinks and experiential retail. Professional, reliable and highly organised. Comfortable using POS, CRM and retail technology systems.
