Overview
We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development Practitioner to support to our internal and external customers, including those in PSS Ltd, the University of South Wales, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and The College Merthyr Tydfil.
This role will have a particular focus on supporting and driving forward one of our key programmes in Leadership and Management Development. Alongside contributing to wider Organisational Development initiatives, you will play a central role in shaping, coordinating and delivering elements of these programmes, including the facilitation of essential leadership sessions for managers.
Key focus and responsibilities
* Shape, coordinate and deliver elements of leadership and management development programmes, including facilitation of leadership sessions for managers.
* Contribute to wider Organisational Development initiatives.
* Engage with the USW People Strategy delivery, supporting the themes listed below.

Role type and experience
This fixed term role will help drive forward the key activities to implement the USW People Strategy. You will have Organisational Development (OD) experience with the ability to engage, professionally challenge and develop OD interventions to support USW.

If you are a successful candidate and this position will be your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales, which provides services to the University and Colleges.
