Description Senior Regulatory Project Manager Overview of Platform Change We are a friendly, supportive and collaborative team comprising of Programme and Project Managers, Business Analysts and PMO, who manage the analysis and delivery of platform wide change programmes and projects. Key duties We are looking for a Senior Regulatory Project Manager for our Regulatory Programme: Project Management: Establish project structure and governance. Lead the delivery of the project to scope, on time and within budget. Create and maintain high-quality project artefacts, including project plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, management information, RACI matrices, project dashboards, and status reports. Vendor Management: Work closely with key vendor, establish a strong working relationship, building out a joint plan and ensuring they meet key milestones Deliver High-Quality Artefacts: Produce and maintain all key documentation required to underpin successful project delivery, ensuring information is clear, actionable, and accessible. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, capturing, challenging, and refining complex business requirements to align with project objectives. Stakeholder Management: Chair meetings—including SteerCo, Working Groups, and Stand-Ups—providing regular, clear updates on progress, risks, issues, and challenges, along with proposed solutions where appropriate. Prepare and present materials for all forums, such as roadmaps, milestone registers, and decision/action logs. Communicate effectively, tailoring messaging to the audience. Identify and document clear escalation paths, ensuring timely and transparent issue resolution. Exemplary Leadership: Act as a role model and advocate for project managers, fostering knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices. Oversight of Teams and Deliverables: Provide direction, guidance, and oversight to Business Analysts within the programme, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all outputs. Drive Best Practice: Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices, setting standards for project management excellence within the Platform Change function. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead Regulatory PM role. Professional project management qualification (e.g., Prince2, PMP). Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven expertise in influencing senior leadership and managing relationships to inspire confidence and maximise contributions across a wide range of stakeholders. Strong written, visual, presentational, and verbal communication skills at all organisational levels. Demonstrated commitment to collaboration, with a proven ability to mobilise cross-functional teams, build consensus, and deliver shared objectives within complex environments. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Highly Desirable Skills and Experience Experience within the Asset Management industry and has a strong understanding of the post-trade landscape. Experience with post-trade global (EMEA, US and APAC) regulations (T1 Settlement, CSDR, EMIR, SFTR, US SEC Treasury Clearing). Implementation of traceability of business requirements back to regulations. Vendor stakeholder management and business readiness experience (Aladdin and CTM).
