Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of corporate fee earners.
2. Prepare and amend correspondence and legal documentation using digital dictation and document templates.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and matter files, both electronically and in hard copy.
4. Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel and appointments.
