Warehouse Assistant
Location: Watford
Hours: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays – 6:30am to 3:30pm (49.25 hours per week)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in warehouse operations or order fulfilment preferred
* Valid forklift licence preferred, training provided
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems and order processing platforms
* Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments
* Physical capability to lift and move heavy packages as needed
Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently pick items from stock and ensure accurate packaging to prevent damage during transit
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support smooth operations
* Monitor incoming orders and prioritise based on urgency and shipping requirements
* Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
* Process customer collection orders accurately and promptly while assisting customers with inquiries
* Manage returns in line with company policies, inspecting returned items for damage and updating inventory records accordingly
* Monitor sales and process orders ensuring correct labelling and packaging for shipment
* Coordinate with the Customer Support team to resolve any buyer inquiries or issues
