This high-impact role involves leading key projects, supporting innovation launches, and collaborating across teams to bring our brand to life in the market. Join a dynamic, supportive team that values creativity, ownership, and making a difference.
* Act as a custodian of quality across all brand touchpoints – from cheese and packaging to digital assets.
* Develop and track FY26/FY27 campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand tone and KPIs such as share of voice, penetration, and brand equity.
* Drive innovation by leading product launches and co-creating a 3-year innovation pipeline based on insights and consumer trends.
* Support the launch of new products and manage chilled licensing and branded partnerships, ensuring all NPD meets high-quality standards.
* Monitor brand performance, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
* Contribute to financial planning through monthly A&P forecasting and input into the annual budget.
* Collaborate with R&D, packaging, commercial, and external partners to execute initiatives that resonate with consumers and generate business impact.
* Support commercial teams with tailored rollout plans and compelling rationales to grow listings.
* Possess strong commercial acumen and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
* Be passionate about innovation, consumer insights, and brand storytelling that connects with audiences.
* Work collaboratively, influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams.
