The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable practice with a strong pipeline of quality work. As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will:
* Handle a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.
* Play a visible role within the department, offering guidance and supervision to junior fee earners.
* Work closely with agents, brokers, lenders, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completions.
* Deliver a clear, efficient, and client-focused service while building lasting client relationships.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in residential property.
* Solid technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters.
* Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
* A proactive team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues.
* Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to the team’s continued success.
