A) To work in conjunction with and as directed by the 1st Team Coach and Director of Hockey.
b) Update `Teamo` and England Hockey Game Management System with match day and training / selection details.
c) Liaise with Team Bath Buccaneers fixtures secretary.
d) Liaise with opposition teams and visiting umpires.
e) Meet and greet oppositions teams and umpires.
f) To ensure catering requirements are met for match day teas.
g) Ensure availability of all match day equipment for home and away fixtures. (Veo, balls, change of kit)
h) Ensure all travel arrangements for players are finalised and transport (hire vehicles) are suitably and appropriately sourced. (Liaison with Finance officer)
i) Ensure all approved travel claims are submitted. (Liaison with Finance officer).
j) Where necessary resource and book accommodation for away fixtures. (Liaison with Finance officer).
a) To be DBS cleared and hold a basic qualification for Safeguarding and Welfare. (To be arranged and paid for by Team Bath Buccaneers).
b) Good and effective communications skills.
c) Competent with IT and excel.
d) Be able to problem solve at short notice.
e) To be available for home and away fixtures.
