Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and new listings.
* Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations within the office.
* Utilise administrative skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently.
