Job Description
A leading employment team is looking to hire a Knowledge Lawyer to join its London team. The role will sit within a sizeable and well-regarded practice, known for its high-end client base, cross-border expertise, and collaborative, partner-led approach. This is a non-fee-earning position and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis (e.g. 0.8 FTE), with flexibility around working patterns and remote working.
The team advises across the full spectrum of employment law, including High Court and Tribunal litigation, day-to-day HR advisory work, SMCR and investigations, TUPE and M&A support, and cross-border restructuring. The Knowledge Lawyer will play a key role in internal training, horizon-scanning, knowhow development, and helping to support external thought leadership, client updates and technical excellence across the practice.
The firm offers a City-calibre practice with a lower hours culture (no formal billing target), an open structure, and a strong international platform through its global network. The role would suit someone with a strong employment law background, either looking to transition into a knowledge role or already operating in one, who values autonomy, quality of work, and a supportive working environment.
