About the Role
We are recruiting Drainage Engineers to work in two-person teams across Kent, following a major contract win with Southern Water. This is a great opportunity to start or advance your career with us.

The role involves working outdoors, traveling via HGV, operating high-pressure water jets, maintaining drainage systems, and providing excellent customer service. Full training, PPE, and equipment are provided.
Position Details
* Location: Tonbridge Depot, Kent
* Type: Permanent, full-time
* Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, 40.25 hours/week
* Salary: £33,000/year
* Benefits: 21 days holiday, health cash plan, onsite parking, pension scheme
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum HGV Class 2 license, CPC, and up-to-date digi tachograph card
* Respectful, hardworking, and safety-conscious
* Experience with high-pressure jetting equipment is advantageous but not essential
* Additional drainage qualifications (e.g., NRSWA, Confined Spaces) are a plus
