Portfolio Payroll are currently working with an organisation in the Middlesbrough Area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator. They are looking for someone who has strong experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar with a good understanding of legislation and process.
This is a busy payroll department with a high volume payroll across multiple business entities.
Key Objectives
To process end to end payroll for UK and international employees
Starters, Leavers, amendments
Salary sacrifice schemes and payments and deductions
SMP, SSP, OMP
End of Year Certificate process
Queries relating to pensions and payroll administration
BACS
Essential Requirements
Experience In Payroll administration minimum 2 years
Strong UK experience
Manipulation of data - excel
Excellent communicator as you will be answering queries
Organised and strong attention to detail
Up to date legislation knowledge
Deliver payroll, pensions and benefits
Good general systems knowledge
