Forrest Recruitment Ltd is currently supporting a local organization that provides services across various sectors. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator. Based in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme, the successful candidate will join an outgoing and friendly team and report directly to the Team Leader.
Duties include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
2. Maintaining and monitoring internal CRM systems
3. Managing incoming customer complaints
4. Ordering resources for the office when required
5. Liaising with other departments and collating information
6. Supporting the wider team as needed
